Priyadarshini is an expert in the field of managing Orphan Homes for children living with HIV/AIDS. With two decades of experience serving the needy, Priya has been working to change the lives of 300 children. Priya has a specialization in childcare, child management. She is the counsellor, and program head of the Orphan Home. In 2013, Priya joined hands with Jerome and founded ARK to give one-on-one care for needy children. The Government Hospital of Tambaram recognized the work of Priya. The hospital awarded her with for quality caretaker for the children living with HIV/AIDS from birth.
Premkumar is Data and measurement-driven change leader with proven ability in achieving core business transformation for several organizations. He served on several international projects for NGOs across the globe. One such project from Asian Development Bank which sponsored a whopping 3.5 million dollars on Health and Education in Afghanistan for the displaced Afghan Children was one of his many achievements. He had Spearheaded many such projects on Health and Education for the Children. He has a Post-Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from “McCombs School of Business, Austin-Texas” and currently playing a vital role in ARK as Treasurer and strategic Advisor. He is on the board of ARK ever since the inception of the Organization. His distinguished executive-level relationship with a demonstrated ability to unify, prioritize and deliver on organization projects has won many accolades for ARK
Graduated with Social Work in the discipline of Human Rights from Loyola College, she presently works with Loyola-International Academic Collaboration. A well trained Professional Social Worker in implementing Activity Based Supplementary Education programmes in various NGO’s. Expertise in organising and executing Women centric and Children centric training programmes & actively engaging in student counselling.
